Brian Schwob

Brian Schwob, MBA, currently serves as a Project Associate at Crescent Communities since June 2023, where responsibilities include managing multi-family construction through budget modifications, pricing exercises, and value engineering. Previously, Brian worked as a Brokerage Assistant at HOGAN, focusing on site planning and entitlements, and as a Comptroller Analyst for the United States Department of Defense, assisting with financial audits and inventory analysis during the Covid-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes an internship at the United States Naval Academy, supporting athletic program operations, and a role at Paragon Marketing Group, managing procurement processes. Brian earned an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and holds a BS in Finance from Lindenwood University.
