Shana Ireland

Shana Ireland is an experienced project management professional currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at JLL since August 2025, specializing in supporting capital improvement projects at Cabrillo Community College. Prior to this role, Shana worked as a Project Manager at Encompass Community Services, leading renovations across multiple locations, and at ServiceMaster Restore® managing operations for disaster response and mitigation. Early career experiences include project management assistant roles at Bogard Construction, ownership and production at Big Sister Films, and various positions in digital media and executive assistance. Shana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the San Francisco Art Institute, along with additional coursework from several institutions.
