Katie Congdon

Katie Congdon has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Katie started their career in 2006 as a Fitness & Marketing Coordinator at Appalachian State University, where they successfully managed and scheduled 100 student staff, implemented training seminars, and developed a marketing plan that increased participation in fitness programs. In 2007, they worked as a Client Relations & Event Coordination specialist at Automotive Events-Subaru, before transitioning to a Digital Marketing Manager role at Yodle in 2009. From 2011 to 2014, Katie held various marketing positions at Campus Crest, including Marketing Manager and SR. Brand and Marketing Manager. Katie then joined Crescent Communities in 2014, where they continued to progress in their career, holding positions such as Regional Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Director, Marketing Director, Multifamily (West), and currently serves as the VP of Marketing since September 2021. Katie's experience showcases their expertise in marketing, event coordination, and project management.

Katie Congdon attended Appalachian State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing. In 2007, they received the AFAA Group Fitness Certification.
