Andy Ramspott

Andy Ramspott has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the sales and marketing field. Andy is currently serving as the Vice President, Sales Operations & Enablement at Crescent Electric Supply Company since June 2022. Before that, they worked as a Commercial Strategy Consultant at Ramspott Management Consulting from November 2021 to June 2022.

Prior to their consulting work, Andy had a long career at Rockwell Automation, where they held several key positions including Sr Director, Commercial Operations, Director of Marketing, Regional Channel Director, Regional Sales Manager, District Channel Manager, Channel Account Manager, and Account Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership in driving sales strategy, sales effectiveness, and market share growth. Andy has managed large teams and substantial budgets, and their responsibilities have encompassed sales management, resource allocation, goal setting, sales incentives, business intelligence, sales enablement, and marketing strategy.

Andy Ramspott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Iowa State University. Andy also holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In addition, they have completed the Strategic Leadership Series from Lubar College of Business.
