Tom Fechter

Tom Fechter has extensive work experience in the industrial sales sector. Tom began their career at Werner Electric Supply as an Outside Sales Representative in 1994 and eventually worked their way up to the role of Vice President Industrial Sales. In this role, they were responsible for leading all industrial and OEM sales activity, developing new sales strategies, and promoting company products in existing and new markets. Tom also served as the Director of Sales and Territory Sales Manager at Werner Electric Supply. Currently, they are employed at Crescent Electric Supply Company as the Senior Director - Industrial Sales, where they focus on industrial automation sales growth and the development of subject matter expertise in various vertical markets. Tom'sresponsibilities also include implementing standardized sales processes and creating a more solution-driven approach to working with customers.

From 1989 to 1993, Tom Fechter pursued a degree in Communication and Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
