Melissa Lepage

Melissa LePage has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Melissa began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Manager at Cato Fashions. Melissa then moved on to work as a Showroom Manager at Majic Window in 2007. In 2008, they joined The Inn at St. Johns as a Front Desk Supervisor and Sales Coordinator. In 2012, they joined Pogoda Companies as an Operations Coordinator. Melissa then worked at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, starting as an HR Coordinator in 2014 and progressing to roles such as Human Resources Manager and Complex Director of People & Culture. Currently, Melissa is the Corporate Director of People & Culture at Crescent Hotels & Resorts.

Melissa LePage attended Schoolcraft College from 2005 to 2008. Melissa studied Business during this time, but did not obtain a degree.
