Michelle Donovan

Michelle Donovan has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Michelle began their career in 1996 at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, where they held various food and beverage management positions until 2000. Michelle then joined Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort, where they worked as a Banquet Manager, Director of Catering and Conference Services, Food and Beverage Director, and Assistant General Manager until 2007. Following that, they served as General Manager at Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks from 2007 to 2013. At Olshan Properties, they held the roles of General Manager/ Director of Special Projects and Director of Asset Management-Hotel Division from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, starting as a General Manager in 2016 and progressing to the positions of Complex General Manager, General Manager- Delta Hunt Valley, Regional Director of Operations, and currently, Vice President Operations since June 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing operations, overseeing renovations, and working on underwriting potential new deals.

Michelle Donovan attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1991 to 1996. Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and also pursued a minor in Business Administration.
