Randy Danison

Randy Danison has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Randy most recently worked as an Area Director of Sales and Marketing at Crescent Hotels & Resorts since June 2023. Before that, they held the position of Sales Director at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld starting in June 2020. Randy also served as the Director of Group Sales at the same company from February 2020 to June 2020. Prior to that, Randy held various roles at Great Wolf Lodge, including Regional Director of Sales & Catering, Director of Sales and Catering, Senior/Sales Manager, and Manager of Dining Operations. Before joining Great Wolf Lodge, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Tex-Mex Management, LLC (Tijuana Flats Burrito Company) from August 2005 to March 2009. Randy also worked at Rainforest Cafe as the Front of House and Bar Manager from June 2003 to August 2005. Randy started their career at Marriott International as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in December 2002. Before that, Randy worked as an Entertainer at Tokyo Disney Resort (Oriental land Co. ltd) from March 2000 to November 2002. Randy also held the position of General Manager at Marriott International from July 1997 to February 2001.

Randy Danison obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration. Randy completed their undergraduate education from 1993 to 1997.
