Tom Gilliland

Tom Gilliland has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Tom is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Crescent Hotels & Resorts since September 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Marriott International, including Vice President of Full Service Franchising Operations, Vice President of Hotel Openings and Transitions, Area Director of Operations for the Western Region and Canada, and Corporate Director of Guest Experience and Rooms Operations - Americas. Tom also worked as the Director of Hotel Operations and The Ritz-Carlton Rooms Executive. Tom started their career as a Marriott Summer Intern in 1998.

Tom Gilliland attended Oklahoma State University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
