Jennifer Giudici is currently the Manager of Employee Experience at Crescent Parts & Equipment since April 2020. Previously, Jennifer worked at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls from September 2008 to April 2020 in various roles including Director of Special Events, Special Events Manager, and Special Events Coordinator. Jennifer is responsible for planning, managing, and executing fundraising events, maintaining revenue and expense budgets, and providing donor care. Jennifer also has experience as a Features Writer, creating marketing materials and managing communications. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Dayton and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Washington University in St. Louis.
