Álvaro García

Álvaro García has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Álvaro started their career as a Mud-Logger at GEOLOG International in 2001 and then worked as a TDC - Data Engineer/Unit Manager, where they supervised mud-logging units and managed drilling operations. In 2006, García became a Wellsite Geologist at Repsol and later worked as a Wellsite Geologist for other companies such as Enagás, Escal UGS S.L., and Maersk Oil, where they supervised geological operations during drilling. Álvaro joined BP in 2012 as a Field Operations Geologist and also worked as a Wellsite Geologist, serving as a consultant for a joint venture project. After that, García worked at Repsol as an RTOC Engineer in the Real Time Operations Center. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Crescent Petroleum as a Drilling Operations Support Geologist.
