Ayat Shanaah

Ayat Shanaah has a diverse range of work experience in HR and government relations. Ayat started their career as an HR Officer at ARC International in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Ayat then joined UAS International Trip Support as an HR Executive from 2010 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been working at Crescent Petroleum, initially as a Government Relations Supervisor and currently as an Assistant Manager of Government Relations and HR.

Ayat Shanaah completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) at Ajnadeen Secondary School from 1998 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature at Al Al-Bayt University from 1999 to 2003. Recently, from 2023 to 2025, Ayat attended the University of Liverpool where they obtained their Msc in International HR. Their field of study during this time was Human Resources Management and Services.
