Chetan Vallala

Chetan Vallala has over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Chetan is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Crescent Petroleum since September 2022. Prior to this, Chetan worked at Baker Hughes as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for three years, focusing on the Indian Center of Excellence. Before that, they worked at Brunel for five years, fulfilling the role of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Chetan also has experience working as a Senior Associate at Atkins for a brief period in 2016. Chetan started their career as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Covenant India in 2010 and has also worked at Talascend and WTS Energy in recruitment and staffing roles. Chetan's experience spans across various industries, including energy, engineering, and executive search.

Chetan Vallala completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Kakatiya University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic degree, they also obtained certification in The Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) from Thomas International in December 2022 and a Certificate of Training in Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series – OHSAS 18001:2007 from BTP Quality & Standards Consultants in March 2016.
