Maneesh Shahul Hameed

Maneesh Shahul Hameed has worked as a Senior Support Engineer at Crescent Petroleum Company since 2013. In this role, they are responsible for various tasks such as blackberry server administration, active directory administration, PBX (Avaya) administration, owncloud administration, sharepoint server administration, and mobile device management administration. Maneesh also identifies and addresses the IT requirements of employees and provides technical assistance to them.

Before joining Crescent Petroleum Company, they worked as an Associate Infrastructure Engineer at Mphasis from 2011 to 2012.

Maneesh Shahul Hameed obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Computer Application from the University of Kerala, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their degree, Maneesh has obtained several certifications. In September 2010, they became a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and also earned the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Messaging certification. In October 2010, they achieved the Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos) certification.

In October 2012, Maneesh became a Cisco Certified Network Associate. Maneesh further expanded their expertise by obtaining the Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 certification in November 2016 and the Designing and Deploying Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 certification in January 2020.

To enhance their skills in IT service management, Maneesh obtained the ITIL V3 (2011) certification in October 2013, and later the ITIL V4 Foundation certification in August 2023 from AXELOS.
