Sunil Inder Choitram

Sunil Inder Choitram's work experience includes serving as the Head of Legal, Finance at Crescent Petroleum since April 2022. Sunil Inder previously worked as a Senior Legal Counsel for Crescent Petroleum, providing corporate and commercial advice, advising on bank finance, capital markets debt, and procurement, among other responsibilities. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Head of Legal for Crescent Enterprises, focusing on M&A advice and general corporate matters. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance, advising on various projects and restructuring. Sunil Inder also served as an in-house counsel for Waha Capital, advising on corporate and finance matters, including asset financing and contracts for the UAE Armed Forces.

Sunil Inder Choitram began their education at Merchant Taylors' School, Northwood, where they attended from 1993 to 1998. After completing their schooling, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law and German Law at King's College London, from 1998 to 2002. During their time at King's College, they also spent a year at Universität Passau in 2000-2001, studying German Law.
