Johnette Arendt Spellman

Johnette Arendt Spellman has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Johnette served as the Director of Human Resources at CrescentCare, where they led the HR function for multi-site operations and implemented various HR policies and programs. Prior to that, they held a similar position at Ochsner Health System. Spellman also worked as the Director of Human Resources at American Nursing Services, where they developed and implemented HR functions for multiple entities and states, mentored new leaders, and served on various committees. Johnette began their career at Knight Industries, where they managed HR policies and procedures for an international manufacturing entity and successfully resolved legal issues and arbitrations.

Johnette Arendt Spellman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Loyola University New Orleans from 1994 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Social Sciences at Tulane University from 2014 to 2015.
