Bruce Decaster has a diverse work experience, starting as a Dutch Language Team Leader and Project Manager at MultiLing from 2004 to 2006. Bruce then worked as a Coordinator of Operations, leading a merger between MultiLing Corporation USA and Localize-it. Bruce later joined Target as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Bruce served as a Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner at Modular Mining Systems, overseeing strategic HR initiatives and supervising operations in Latin America. Bruce then worked as the Director of Global Human Resources at Hexagon AB from 2015 to 2018. Bruce joined TE Connectivity in 2018 as the Head of HR Business Partnering for the Global Device Subvertical, Industrial Solutions, where they focused on HR strategy for manufacturing plants in various countries. In 2020, they became the President and CEO of Crescentia Global Talent Solutions, receiving recognition for their leadership. Recently, Bruce has become the Managing Director and Owner of Fundación яMR, focusing on resurrecting unfinished residences in the Caribbean and Latin America.
Bruce Decaster completed their education with an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Human Performance from Brigham Young University between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, Bruce received various certifications, including the Korn Ferry 360 Masterclass Certification and the Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential Masterclass Certification in 2019. In 2011, they became a Certified Facilitator for DDI's Learning Systems and obtained certifications from Development Dimensions International as a Targeted Selection Interviewer Trainer and Program Manager. Bruce also obtained TRACOM Certified SOCIAL STYLE & Versatility Instructor certification in 2011 and completed the Global Business Communication program at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2008.
