Cody Eastgaard, MBA, is a seasoned supply management professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Supply Management at Crescent Point Energy since May 2014, Cody has held various roles including Team Lead and Senior Supply Management Analyst, with a focus on drilling operations. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies for drilling, completions, facilities, and operations, and applying the "4 Box Model" philosophy for market strategy identification. Prior experience with Devon Energy as a Contracts Specialist and in Operations Procurement involved improving contractual processes and managing RFP preparations. Cody holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management, International Business, and Supply Chain from Mount Royal University.
