Wade Hull has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in research and development. Wade began their career in 1998 at ZARS Pharma, where they held various roles including Lead Engineer and Vice President of Engineering. In these positions, they were responsible for product and process development, regulatory interactions, and clinical trial material supply. In 2011, they joined Nuvo Research Inc. as the Vice President of R&D/CMC, overseeing activities in multiple facilities and gaining approvals for various products. In 2016, they joined Crescita Therapeutics, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Research and Development. Wade continues to lead the development of prescription drug products and applies novel technologies to new projects while managing regulatory and technical interactions with global partners. In addition to their pharmaceutical work, Hull has also held volunteer roles and conducted scientific research in their early career.

In 1994, they completed their Honors B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Utah.
