Gianluca Merloni

Gianluca Merloni has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Gianluca started their career in 1999 at CARIFAC - Cassa Risparmio Fabriano e Cupramontana, where they worked as an addetto oprativo sportello/back office until 2003. Gianluca then served as a Product Manager and later as a Responsible Filiale at the same company from 2004 to 2007. Gianluca joined Bcc Pergola in 2007 as a Responsabile filiale and stayed there until 2010. Gianluca then worked at Veneto Banca, where they served in various roles including Coordinatore segmento retail, District Manager, and Responsabile di filiale from 2010 to 2017. Gianluca then joined Intesa Sanpaolo as a Direttore di filiale from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they worked at Igea Digital Bank S.p.A as the Area Manager Dorsale Adriatica from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of business development manager at CrescItalia, starting in March 2023.
