Christian Ficara

Christian Ficara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs and public policy. Currently serving as Vice President of Government Affairs at Cresco Labs since 2020, Christian previously held the role of Vice President of Public Affairs at the New York City Economic Development Corporation from 2018 to 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for the City of Chicago between 2014 and 2018 and as Campaign Manager for various political and advocacy campaigns from 2010 to 2014. Christian holds an Executive Master in Policy Leadership from the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy and a Master of Public Affairs & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Diplomacy from The Ohio State University.
