Colette de Aquino

Colette De Aquino, MHRM has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Colette'smost recent role was as Vice President of Human Resources at Cresco Labs, where they managed a team supporting field operations across multiple locations and developed organization-wide HR strategies. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at IPM Integrated Project Management Company, overseeing employee benefits and supporting HR needs across multiple offices. Colette has also held various senior HR roles at Starwood Retail Partners, where they managed teams and supported employees across multiple locations and departments. Colette has experience in recruitment, having worked as a recruiter for Walgreens and Southwest Research Institute. Additionally, Colette has worked in grant writing and recruiting for contract positions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Colette De Aquino, MHRM, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Argosy University Chicago, which they completed from 2013 to 2014. Colette also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned an Associates in Arts degree at Illinois Valley Community College from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Colette obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in 2009.
