Emily Lopez

Emily Lopez has a diverse work experience in quality management and assurance roles. Emily currently holds the position of Quality Systems Director at Cresco Labs, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Manager at ProAmpac from June 2018 to May 2021. At ProAmpac, they managed the quality departments of two plants and served as a liaison for both internal and external customers in the food and medical industries.

From 2015 to 2018, Emily worked as a Supplier Quality Technologist at Mars, where they maintained relationships with suppliers and ensured the smooth delivery of raw materials. Before that, they were a Senior Quality Specialist at Kraft Foods Group from August 2013 to May 2015. In this role, they conducted audits and provided training on quality requirements.

Emily's earlier experience includes working as a Quality Professional at Barilla Group from November 2009 to July 2013, supporting North American plants, as well as a Quality Assurance Systems Specialist at Corn Products International from March 2009 to November 2009. Emily also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at D.A. Stuart from 2005 to 2008 and as a Production Manager, QA/QC at Dynamesh, Inc. from 2002 to 2005.

Overall, Emily has a strong background in quality management, including overseeing departments, conducting audits, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Emily Lopez received their Bachelor of Arts in Science in Technology with a focus on Visual Communication Technology from Bowling Green State University. Emily also obtained certifications as a Certified Food Safety and Quality Auditor and a Certified Quality Auditor from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA in June 2009 and June 2012 respectively.
