George J. Pofok

George J Pofok, CCIM, SIOR, is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since May 2003, George has served as Principal at Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate, progressing from Senior Sales Associate to Vice President and then Senior Vice President. George also held leadership roles on multiple boards, including President of Kamm's Corners Development Corp from 2013 to 2016, President of the Ohio CCIM Chapter in 2015, and President of the Cleveland Area Board of REALTORS in 2010. George began the career at Colliers International as an Industrial Database Manager and Sales Associate after a brief tenure as an Internal Auditor at The Sherwin-Williams Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Cleveland State University and dual Associate degrees from Cuyahoga Community College, supplemented by high school education at Parma Senior High School.
