Ben West Aia

Ben West AIA, NCARB, is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in healthcare architecture. Currently serving as Principal at E4H Environments for Health Architecture since June 2025, Ben previously held the position of Vice President and Senior Project Architect at Raymond from September 2020 to May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Architect and Healthcare Associate at McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, as well as an Intern Architect at Niles Bolton Associates. Ben's career began with internships at Gunn Meyerhoff Shay architecture + urban development and Virgo Gambill Architects.
