Jim Ketchledge has over 24 years of experience in the utility industry, beginning with a position as Lead Systems Engineer at Raytheon in 1995. Jim then moved to Convergent Group in 2001, where they held the role of Senior Program Manager and had P&L responsibility for establishing and running an international/domestic Program Management Office (PMO). In the same year, they became General Manager of Enspiria, a consulting and system integration company, and was responsible for all projects as well as vital contributions to business development. In 2011, they founded Excergy Corporation, which rapidly grew to serve utilities ranging in size from cooperatives to the largest publically traded utilities and ~$5M in revenue. In 2020, they took the role of Executive Vice President at E Source, and in 2021 they became Chief Delivery Officer at CrescoNet, where they provide strategic leadership and contributes to the overall strategy of the organization, managing the North America product delivery organization.
Jim Ketchledge received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University in 1986. Jim then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Drexel University.
