Anne Paape

Anne Paape serves as the Managing Director and Senior Fiduciary Counsel at Cresset since June 2022. With extensive experience in fiduciary law and estate planning, Anne has held significant roles including Managing Director and Senior Fiduciary Counsel at Meristem l Cresset until March 2024 and General Counsel and Director of Estate Planning at Meristem Trust Company. As an active board member, Anne contributes to organizations like Guthrie Theater, Juxtaposition Arts, and Mission Animal Hospital. Anne was also a member of the Fiscal Policy Committee for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and served as Chair of the Women Attorneys Group at Gray Plant Mooty. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in Sociology from St. Catherine University.
