Louisa Quegan

Louisa Quegan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Louisa is currently the Head of Sales Development at both Cresset software and discovery, and Torx® Software, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Manager at Comar Optics Ltd from May 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Gearset from December 2020 to March 2021. From September 2019 to December 2020, they held the position of Commercial Coordinator & Product Manager at Radleys. Louisa also had a period of volunteering and career break from November 2016 to September 2019. Louisa previously worked at the CCDC - The Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre, where they worked in various roles including Sales Operations Manager from May 2015 to October 2016, Product Owner from March 2014 to November 2015, and Application Scientist from January 2014 to March 2015. Earlier in their career, they were an Account Manager at Sigma-Aldrich from June 2010 to December 2011, and a Project Scientist / Project Manager at Pharmorphix Ltd, a Sigma-Aldrich Company, from June 2004 to June 2010.

Louisa Quegan has a diverse education history with a focus on the fields of chemistry and polymer-nanoparticle composites. Louisa began their education at the University of Surrey from 2000 to 2004, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (MChem). After a gap in their education, they pursued post-graduate study at the University of Cambridge from 2012 to 2013, specializing in polymer-nanoparticle composites. Later, in 2018, they attended Scuola Leonardo da Vinci in Firenze, where they obtained a Certificato di Italiano for their studies in the Italian language.
