Dave Thompson

Dave Thompson is an experienced sales and operations leader with a strong background in pre-sales and channel sales management. Currently serving as Head of Inside Sales and Operations at Mitel since January 2025, Dave previously held significant roles at Unify and Atos, notably as Head of Pre-Sales Operations for Northern Europe, overseeing governance, demand generation, and order entry processes. With a track record of implementing business strategies to enhance sales performance, Dave has also contributed to global channel sales improvement and operational growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, Dave gained valuable experience at Ultra Electronics and held various roles at Unify, including Commercial Operations Director and Head of Commercial - Sales. Dave holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of West London.
