Nathan Kidley has over 15 years of experience in the field of computational chemistry and drug discovery. Nathan started their career at AstraZeneca in 2003 as a Post Doc Computational Chemist, focusing on deriving chemically tractable rules for drug discovery. During their time at AstraZeneca, they investigated factors that affect P450 inhibition and built predictive models for P450 inhibition.
In 2005, Nathan joined Syngenta as a Computational Chemist, where they worked for 14 years. Their role involved utilizing computational methods to aid in the discovery and development of new agricultural products.
In 2019, Nathan transitioned to Cresset Software and Discovery as a Senior Application Scientist. In this role, they provided scientific support and application expertise to customers using Cresset's software solutions.
In 2022, Nathan was promoted to the position of Principal Application Scientist at Cresset Software and Discovery, where they continue to contribute their knowledge and skills to the success of the company.
Nathan Kidley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Essex between the years 1996 and 1999. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Computational Chemistry at the same university from 1999 to 2004.
