Jacob Dean is an experienced data scientist currently working at Elysia - Battery Intelligence from WAE since April 2023, focusing on data analytics. Jacob is also a PhD researcher at The Faraday Institution, contributing to the Multi-Scale Modelling project with research on computational chemistry and the impact of grain boundaries on solid-state electrolytes in all solid-state batteries. Prior experience includes an engineering internship in data analytics at WAE and serving as a student marker in the Mathematical Sciences Department at Durham University.
