Nigel Palmer has a diverse range of work experience in software development. Nigel began their career in 2008 as a Junior Software Engineer at VEGA Group plc. In 2009, they joined SELEX Systems Integration Ltd as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of a UAV training system and created a web application for train planning. From 2013 onwards, Nigel worked at Cresset software and discovery as the Head of Software Development. In this role, they managed a team and led the development of the Flare, Spark, and Forge chemistry software. Nigel also played a key role in designing the software architecture and GUI using Qt, C++, and Python on various operating systems.
Nigel Palmer attended Queen Mary University of London from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
