Chris Fielding is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CEO and Chief Operating Officer at Cressy Commercial Real Estate since 2016, Chris has significantly contributed to the company's reputation as a regional leader in commercial real estate brokerage and management. As a co-owner of TBCF Real Estate since 2015, Chris brings a wealth of experience from previous positions, including Director of Business Development for the City of South Bend and Chief Development Officer at Michigan Works! BCV. Chris also co-owned Beanery Gourmet Coffee & Cafe and owned DCD Properties. Academic credentials include a Master's in Social Work from Indiana University South Bend and an Associate's degree from Holy Cross College.
