Callyane Desroches is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy and strategy consulting, currently serving as the Head of Policy and Strategy at Crest Advisory since April 2016. In this role, Callyane has provided strategic transformation programme delivery, collaborative policy creation, and performance management framework development. Prior experience includes roles as Strategy and Insight Manager, where Callyane managed significant projects and delivered evidence-based advice to high-profile clients, as well as positions as a Senior Policy Analyst and Policy Analyst at Only Connect UK, focused on rehabilitation within the criminal justice system. Callyane also taught English at Civitas Schools and completed internships at The Police Foundation and Natural Mystic South Asia. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Oxford and a Master's Degree in Geopolitics, Territory and Security from King's College London.
