Jackie Chalmers

Jackie Chalmers has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles within the construction and housing industry. Jackie most recently served as Divisional Finance Director at Crest Nicholson plc and previously held the same position at Vistry Group. Prior to that, they worked at Linden Homes, initially as a Divisional Finance Director (Interim) before becoming Finance Director. Jackie also has experience as Head of Finance and Projects at The Exeter and as Financial Controller at Exeter Friendly Society and Redrow Homes. Throughout their career, Jackie has been responsible for financial performance, reporting, budgeting, and managing teams.

Jackie Chalmers has a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, obtained from 1993 to 1997. Jackie then pursued further education, completing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) program from 1998 to 2001, specializing in Accounting and Finance. In 2009 to 2011, they attended the Alliance Manchester Business School and obtained an MBA degree. In 2013, Jackie earned the Prince2 Registered Practitioner certification from APM.
