Alyse Tognotti

Alyse Tognotti is currently the Chief of Staff at Cresta. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Business Partner, Social Responsibility, Employee Engagement and Communications at Speck Products from April 2016 to August 2020. At Speck, Alyse was responsible for creating the Global Social Responsibility program to leverage the power of Speck’s people, brand, product, and resources to make a difference worldwide. Alyse was also a member of the Executive Leadership Team and drove storytelling and content strategy to win the hearts and minds of Speck’s employees while connecting employees to Speck’s mission.

Alyse has also served as a critical connector across the entire company by identifying and supporting projects that improve overall internal communications. Alyse has directed alignment of the company narrative and the design of internal messaging to the Speck team. As a key business partner, they have taken the initiative to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders while ensuring communications provide a cohesive narrative that informs, inspires, and motivates the team to achieve or exceed revenue targets, employee volunteerism, and engagement.

In their role at Speck, Alyse also developed internal communications campaigns to help drive employee engagement in Speck’s Vision. Alyse collaborated with key stakeholders to drive employee engagement and volunteerism. Additionally, they developed and built business strategies to support the company’s philanthropic mission Speck Supports. Alyse also managed direct reports in administration, HR and office management. Alyse directed Speck’s public relations firm in the announcement and launches of CSR related projects. Lastly, they handled facilities including a current remodel of offices and served as a liaison with property management.

Alyse Tognotti has a degree from the University of San Francisco School of Management and also attended the University of San Francisco. Alyse is currently working as a business professional.
