Zak Garner is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Strategic Sales Director for the West region at Cresta since August 2025, where the focus is on enhancing contact center operations through AI and human collaboration. Prior to Cresta, Zak held multiple roles at 6sense from July 2014 to August 2025, culminating in the position of Director of Strategic Account Sales, earning numerous accolades including President's Club and achieving over 200% of annual quotas in various years. Zak's career also includes significant roles at DWA, Gyro, and Starcom Worldwide, where expertise in media planning and account management was demonstrated across various campaigns for high-profile clients. Zak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland, completed in 2007.
