Gemma Tilly

Gemma Tilly has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Crestbridge since March 2018, following roles as Senior Human Resources Administrator and HR Administrator. Prior to this, Gemma was a Recruitment Coordinator at RBC Wealth Management, assisting the British Isles recruitment team with end-to-end recruitment processes. Previous experience includes working as an Employment Advisor for the States of Jersey, where support was provided to individuals seeking employment, and holding various legal assistant positions at Appleby, contributing to both corporate and criminal law teams. Gemma began their career as a Disclosure Officer with States of Jersey Police and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Leeds.
