Dave Heisey

Dave Heisey serves as the President of Crestcom International since June 2016, focusing on leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and speaking. Dave leads a comprehensive program with 10 leadership competencies that includes collaboration with world-renowned faculty members. Prior to Crestco, Dave held positions at Dart Container from October 2006 to April 2015, where Dave advanced from Director of Engineering to Vice President of Engineering and Machinery Manufacturing, overseeing large teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Dave Heisey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Michigan State University and has an educational background from Lansing Community College and Okemos High School.
