Markus Berg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles. Since March 2020, Markus serves as CFO & Senior Project Manager as well as Acting Managing Director at Swiss Resilience Hub AG, and also holds the title of Agile Resilience Coach. In addition, Markus is a cooperation partner and Managing Director at VitaminT - Die Bühne für Veränderung, dedicated to utilizing corporate and business theater for culture and personality development for over two decades. As the founder of BergKRAFT, established in May 2017, Markus focuses on applying improvisational principles to enhance adaptability and resilience in organizations within the D-A-CH-LI region. Furthermore, Markus has been a trainer with offstandards GmbH since January 2009 and with moveon Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH since February 2006. Educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Innovation Management, Service Marketing, and Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
