Previously, Juan served as VP of Sales - Americas at Overactive from April 2016 to January 2022, focusing on the US market. Prior experience at IBM from December 2005 to March 2016 includes roles such as Business Development Leader for Smarter Cities Software in Latin America and Territory Manager for Mid Market in Uruguay and Paraguay. Juan also held the position of Country Manager at COOLBOX S.A. from January 2002 to December 2005, overseeing company start-up and operational policies, and served as Operations and Maintenance Manager at INESAR S.A. from October 1999 to November 2004. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management from Universidad de Montevideo and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de la República.
