Brittany Brown

Brittany Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Brittany started their career in 2008 as a Front Desk Agent at East Texas Hotels Group before progressing to Sales and Operations Manager and eventually becoming General Manager. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at TMI Hospitality, where they held positions such as Assistant General Manager and General Manager. In 2014, they joined Omni Hotels & Resorts as a Night Manager, and later that year, they became a Director of Sales at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. In 2015, they moved to Crestline Hotels & Resorts, where they have been a Director of Sales since 2015, with their current role starting in November 2021. Additionally, they have been involved with GBTA | Texas since 2016, serving in various roles such as Vice President Allied and Co-Chair of the Membership Committee. Overall, Brittany Brown has a strong background in sales and management within the hospitality industry.

Brittany Brown attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management. In August 2016, they also completed the Access Edge Sales Training certification program offered by Marriott International.
