Cristina Martin

Cristina Martin has extensive work experience in various roles in the hospitality and customer relations industry. Cristina started their career as an Assistant Manager at Pizza Hut of Fort Wayne in 1998 and later worked as an Assistant General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Wayne. In 2012, they became a Sales Manager at Hampton Inn Southwest & Residence Inn, where they assisted the Director of Sales in handling accounts and selling hotel facilities to groups and organizations. Cristina then worked as an Office Manager at Hand in Hand Comprehensive Therapy Specialist before joining TradeWell Tax & Financial as the Director of Client Relations in 2018. Currently, they are the Complex Director of Sales at Crestline Hotels & Resorts, specifically at Hampton Inn SW & Residence Inn.

Cristina Martin's education history includes an Associate degree in Travel & Hospitality from International Business College, which they obtained from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended New Prairie High School from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued General Studies. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in the field of sales and customer service. In September 2022, they completed the "Hilton Core Sales Skills-Accelerated" certification from Hilton. Cristina also completed the "Ready, Set, Sell!" certification from Marriott Hotels in June 2022. Furthermore, in January 2020, they obtained the "Sales Productivity" certification from Master Connection Associates.
