Ed Hoganson

Ed Hoganson currently serves as CFO, Chief Investment Officer, and EVP at Crestline Hotels & Resorts since June 2019, overseeing financial and investment strategies for a leading third-party hotel management company operating over 100 hotels across the U.S. Previously, Ed held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Hospitality Investors Trust from 2014 to May 2019, contributing to the management of a public, non-traded company with over 140 hotel properties. Ed's experience at Crestline Hotels & Resorts dates back to 2006, with roles as EVP and CFO, and includes previous positions in asset management and finance at Barcelo Crestline Corporation, Sunrise Senior Living, and Highland Hospitality. Ed's early career featured roles at Marriott International and Deloitte. Ed holds an MBA in Finance and a Master’s degree in International Relations from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, as well as a BA from Yale University.
