Kristin Pagdilao

Kristin Pagdilao has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kristin is currently the Director of Sales for Crestline Hotels & Resorts, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales for Tharaldson Hospitality Management from July 2019 to May 2021.

In 2016, Kristin served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Interstate Hotel & Resorts, which is now part of Aimbridge Hospitality. Kristin held this position from February 2016 to July 2017.

Before joining Interstate Hotel & Resorts, Kristin worked at DoubleTree by Hilton. From November 2010 to January 2016, they were a Senior Sales Manager. Additionally, from December 2008 to October 2010, they served as a Corporate Sales Manager at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Kristin worked as a Sales Manager for Radisson Suites, formerly known as Embassy Suites. Kristin held this position from January 2007 to November 2008.

Kristin Pagdilao attended the University of the Philippines from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Real Estate Sales Associate certification from the California Department of Real Estate in July 2017.
