Dave Synek

Dave Synek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in audio-visual systems and event management. Currently serving as Technical Director at Crestron Electronics since September 2025, Synek previously held the position of Digital & IT Team Lead for Audio Visual Systems at Parker Hannifin from August 2021 to September 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Audio Visual & Video Conference Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland from June 2020 to August 2021, and as President of DB Entertainment Group LLC from January 2008 to March 2020, where responsibilities included event staff performance, sales, training, and technology management. Synek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University.
