Cathy Murphy

Cathy began her career at CTG in 2011 as a member of the finance and accounting department, bringing with her over twenty-five years of experience in financial services, human resources, and operations management. She provides leadership and vision across the organization, implementing operational strategies to support the company’s dynamic growth. In 2017, Cathy transitioned to the role of Chief Compliance Officer followed by her promotion to Chief Operating Officer in 2020.

Key to Cathy’s role is measuring the effectiveness of all processes and collaborating with the management team to develop, implement and maintain the efficiency of CTG’s operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel, designed to meet or exceed customer requirements and foster growth. As an ISO Certified Lead Auditor and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Cathy is driven by CTG’s commitment to the stakeholders of continuous improvement and establishing strong procedures and controls throughout the organization.
