Erin Vatcher, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2014, they joined CTG - Crestwood Technology Group as an Executive Assistant, where they were responsible for obsolescence research and government data collection. Erin also worked extensively with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based programs. In 2016, they transitioned into the role of Senior Program Manager, overseeing the full kitting operation and communication between project management division, leadership team, and warehouse team. Erin then became the Vice President of Strategic Sales at CTG in 2022, leading the strategic program evaluation and management division for direct-to-program strategic sales. Their responsibilities included resource allocation for active military programs and onboarding new defense customers. Prior to joining CTG, Erin worked at Rudy's Inflight Catering as a Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing the 24/7 customer service call center and handling VIP client catering orders. Erin started their career at Blue Moon Mexican Cafe, where they held various roles including Operations Support Manager and Server. Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in program management, customer service, and operations support.
Erin Vatcher, PMP, has an educational background in both psychology and sociology. Erin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Connecticut, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Erin pursued further education to specialize in Project Management. Erin obtained a certification in Project Management from Cornell University in 2022.
Additionally, Erin Vatcher has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2023. This certification further strengthens their expertise and professional qualifications in the field of project management.
