Dwayne Ross

Dwayne Ross, MBA, serves as an Adjunct Professor and Career Readiness Coordinator at Chicago State University, focusing on preparing students and graduates for internships and careers by enhancing their resumes and facilitating interview preparation. Additionally, Dwayne contributes as a Substitute Teacher for CRETE MONEE CUSD 201U School District and holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Sickle Cell Disease Association of Illinois. Previously, Dwayne was the Director of Career and Experiential Opportunities at Chicago State University, delivering lectures and overseeing project-based learning in business courses, as well as serving as Grant Coordinator for the Center for STEM Education and Research. Dwayne's extensive professional background also includes a role as Senior Leader at Peoples Gas. Dwayne holds an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Chicago State University.
