Lokesh Sikaria

Lokesh Sikaria is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capitalist, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of Moneta Ventures since January 2014, focusing on early-stage technology investments across the West Coast and Texas. In addition to this role, Lokesh holds several board member positions at companies including VideoVerse, HuLoop Automation, App Orchid Inc, Sibros, Sikka Software, and TSP - The Silicon Partners Inc. Previously, Lokesh was the CEO of Sparta Consulting, where leadership contributed to the company's growth to $125 million in revenue before its acquisition by KPIT Cummins. Earlier in the career, Lokesh served as COO at Rapidigm, helping to establish it as the second largest privately held IT services company in the US, managing over $250 million in revenue. Lokesh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
